Desert salt is first sealed in clay pots & heated to extremely elevated temperatures until it melts and then gets burnt. It's the perfect balance of Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus & Sulphate. With ph. level of 10, Black Salt helps to balance the acidity.
